Functioning

A mechanical cuckoo resonates like the original cuckoo. Completely mechanical, it works with the help of counterweights that just need to be reassembled (which takes less than 5 seconds, once a day). Simply pull on the chain which will raise the counterweight.
The sound is produced using cones which inflate and deflate through a kind of whistle. The sound of the cuckoo clock can be stopped easily using a lever located on the side or below the clock (depending on the model).

Note about the packaging: All our cuckoos are packed in their original carton. When we send them, we place the original carton inside a new carton with a protective layer. As a result, the shipment is highly protected during transport by Swiss Post.
