I would like to thank you very much for the quality of the explanations and sketches given on your site. I inherited a cuckoo clock that hadn't worked for 15 years; by following your recommendations and thanks to them I put the cuckoo clock back in working order: my parents had bought it in the black forest in Germany. On the other hand, I had to ream the holes for the movement chains to pass through; they didn't were not well drilled and the chain rubbed (loss of power) I also noticed that the weights should not be raised at the stop of the cuckoo because in my case the movement stopped.
