Below you will find a series of answers to some questions you might have. Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.

For Switzerland, our delivery times are 7 working days. For European countries, we combine orders and appoint a carrier to ship directly from the Euro zone.

The correct way to proceed is to contact us via our contact form stating the problem with the product in question. We will answer you with the procedure to follow as soon as possible.

With the exception of the cuckoo clocks which we ship worldwide, we only ship to the following countries.

We are subject to the Post Office's constraints when it comes to shipping. Please note that items measuring more than 2 cm thickness are considered packages. We do everything possible to guarantee you minimal shipping costs! If, however, you notice particularly high shipping costs when ordering, do not hesitate to let us know. This may be due to an automatic miscalculation of shipping costs, which are calculated on a relative weight of the item. Errors can happen and we want you to pay the minimum. Just drop us a line, and we'll solve the problem.

We have a very large selection of items at the store, new items arrive daily and we do not always have the time to put them online. Contact us and we will gladly quickly put the article you want on line.

Simply send us an email to state your request or call us at (+ 41) 021 616 23 77. We will be happy to satisfy your request.

If the items in your order do not suit you, they should still be in their original unopened packaging. You can return them to us within 10 days of the arrival of the goods at your home.

Are excluded from the right of return:
- Personalized items (custom made music boxes, engraved items, etc.).
- The positions of articles containing more than 10 identical parts.
- Items whose packaging is damaged or torn.

We also reserve the right to a partial refund, which may be up to 10% of the amount of the order, for the credit card fees collected by the financial institution (the latter receives a commission on the outward and upon return unfortunately) as well as for the time caused by the repackaging of the goods. Return costs are not refunded. The postage paid for free shipments is deducted from the refund of the item in the event of a return.
