Shipping time and delivery time

We constantly do our best to ensure that the items on the site are always available in the store. If the item is in stock at the store, the dispatch time in this case is very short: one day, except in exceptional cases.
We work exclusively with Swiss suppliers of trust and quality, which leads to quick restocking! Therefore we we reserve 7 working days to deliver your package to the Post Office.
In the event that the dispatch time should exceed 7 working days, we will inform you as soon as possible (see point 4. Delivery of the General Conditions for more details)

Once delivered to Swiss Post, the standard delivery time in Switzerland is from 1 to 5 working days (depending on whether you choose Priority or Economy)

All shipments (except “Classic Letter” shipments see below) include a tracking number that allows you to follow the package to your destination.

Shipping costs are subject to the constraints of the Post. Items less than 2cm thick can be sent by letter. Items over 2cm thick must be sent as packages. We do everything we can to ensure the lowest possible shipping prices!

NOTE: Delivery times during the end of year period are very often extended!

 

Free delivery in Switzerland

Orders from 100CHF are sent free in Switzerland in Economy mode. If you wish, you will have the possibility, by adding a few francs, to choose Priority mode or Economy / Priority delivered against signature.

 

Small letter consignments

Small items up to 2 cm thick can be sent by letter, at a preferential rate. You will then have the choice between 3 types of shipments:

  • Classic letter (without any guarantee!)
  • Letter with tracking number GLUTEN signature (very useful to track your package without having to sign on receipt)
  • Letter with tracking number Along with signature. This is a registered letter (the signature will be required to collect the package)


Overseas shipments

Unfortunately, we have suspended our shipments abroad. We currently only ship to Switzerland.

The sending of cuckoos is however possible for the whole world! Drop us a line via our Contact form and we will quickly let you know the procedure for international shipping.

 

Right of return

If you are not satisfied with the items in your order, they are still in their original, unopened packaging. You can return them to us within 10 days following the arrival of the goods at your home.

Are excluded from the right of return:
– Personalized items (custom-made music boxes, engraved items, etc.).
- The positions of articles containing more than 10 identical parts.
– Items whose packaging is damaged or torn.
– Disguise and decorative items

We also reserve the right to a partial refund, which may be up to 10% of the amount of the order, for the credit card fees collected by the financial institution (the latter receives a commission on the outward and upon return unfortunately) as well as for the time caused by the repackaging of the goods. Return costs are not reimbursed. The postage paid for free shipping is deducted from the refund of the item in the event of a return.
