Shipping time and delivery time

We constantly strive to ensure that items on the website are always available in store. If an item is in stock, the shipping time is very short: one day, except in exceptional circumstances.

We work exclusively with trusted, high-quality Swiss suppliers, which allows for rapid restocking! Therefore, we reserve the right 7 working days to hand your parcel over to the Post Office.

In the event that the shipping time exceeds 7 business days, we will inform you as soon as possible (see article 9 of our General Terms & Conditions of Sale (for more details).

Once handed over to the Post Office, the standard delivery time within Switzerland is 1 to 5 working days (depending on whether you choose Priority or Economy).

All shipments (except for "Classic Letter" shipments, see below) include a tracking number that allows you to track the package to your destination.

Shipping costs are subject to postal service restrictions. Items under 2 cm items of thickness can be sent by letter. Items thicker than 2 cm Due to their thickness, the items must be sent as packages. We do everything we can to guarantee you the lowest possible shipping prices!

NOTE: Delivery times during the end of year period are very often extended!

Free delivery in Switzerland

Orders from CHF 100.– are sent free in Switzerland in Economy mode. If you wish, you will have the option, by adding a few francs, to choose the Priority mode or Economy/Priority delivered against signature.

Small packages sent by letter

Small items up to 2 cm Items of a certain thickness can be sent by letter at a preferential rate. You will have a choice of 3 shipping options:

  • Standard letter (without any guarantee)
  • Letter with tracking number GLUTEN signature (very useful to track your package without having to sign on receipt)
  • Letter with tracking number Along with signature (recommended — a signature will be required to collect the package)

Overseas shipments

Unfortunately, we have suspended our international shipments, with the exception of cuckoo clocks, which we ship worldwide.

Please note: only the presence of a cuckoo clock (without any other products) in your cart will unlock international shipping options (if your country is not listed, please contact us via our [link/contact information]). contact formNote that batteries for cuckoo clocks and other clocks are not included.

Right of return

Bazar d'Ouchy grants, as a commercial gesture, a grace period of 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Customs fees

Please note that we have no control over any import fees or duties charged when you receive your order. Each country sets a maximum value for goods classified as duty-free (i.e., without import fees or duties); once this value is exceeded, you may be charged a percentage of the order value. These regulations are set by each country's government—a reality you will encounter with any online retailer. As Switzerland is not part of the European Customs Union, customs fees and potentially longer delivery times are to be expected.
