Functioning

A mechanical cuckoo resonates like the original cuckoo. Completely mechanical, it works with the help of counterweights that just need to be reassembled (which takes less than 5 seconds, once a day). Simply pull on the chain which will raise the counterweight.
The sound is produced using cones which inflate and deflate through a kind of whistle.
